For uploads that fail, free-preview limits, login, how a tool behaved on your photo, Stripe charges, receipts, or refund requests, email support@photoenhancer.us. Include the approximate time of the run and which tool you used if you can. Unauthorized-charge requests should go there within 14 days, as described in the terms.
